The Best Quizbowl Prep Money Can Buy
No Quizbowl team can do well without practice and study, and the best way to study is by playing questions. Lots of them.
If you’re tired of the same old questions, or using packets from previous seasons, we have a far better way of helping you study: fresh, fully pyramidal questions, every week, guaranteed.
Our practice questions are offered on a subscription basis. Every week, you receive a booklet of our newest material, all pristine.
If you like the old way better, or if you need a specific format, we have those options too.
Practice Subscription
Each week, you receive:
- 100 tossups, of mixed lengths and difficulties, for practice with your team
- 20 current events tossups, so you know what’s going on
- 2 lightning rounds for a little fun
- 5 bonuses for an extra challenge
- A study guide on a specific subject, so you can power up your knowledge
Grade Levels
Our subscription is appropriate for High School. We’ve been looking to introduce a Middle School subscription. If you want us to make one… press this button! If we get 20 people who want it, we’ll start making them!
When do we get them?
You’ll get a fresh booklet every Sunday, guaranteed, for use at your practices during the week. This includes the summer months, so your players can keep going during the summer.
Joe isn’t sending out the material anymore! We have a person dedicated to just handling practice material orders and subscriptions.
How much is it?
You have three subscription options:
- You can subscribe on a month-to-month basis. In this case, the questions are $25 per month, or just $6.25 per week.
- You can subscribe on a 6-month term. In this case, the questions are $135 for the 6 months, or $22.50 per month, or about $5.63 per week.
- You can subscribe for a whole year. In this case, the questions are $250 per year, or $20.83 per month, or just $5.21 per week.
How do I pay?
Payments are done by credit card. If needed, we can send you an invoice for reimbursement.
All Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until Cancelled. If you sign up month-to-month, you will be charged $25 every month; for a half-year, $135 every 6 months; for a year, $250 every 12 months. If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, you must contact us at outreach@liqba.com so we can disable it. If you want to cancel, you must do the same. We are working on making a much easier way to cancel.
(I apologize for not making that sufficiently clear in the 2025-26 season. That was a severe and genuine oversight on my part; I had thought it was implied by “subscription”, but I realized that “subscription” actually implied the packets being delivered consistently, not the automatic renewals. If you did not expect an automatic renewal and are dissatisfied, please email me at joe@liqba.com so I can refund you. This is completely on me. –Joe)
